RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We mean it when we say hassle-free, your satisfaction is our goal and we stand behind all the auto parts we sell.
All returns must be made within 365days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or invoice. All parts must be returned in the same condition as received, complete, and undamaged within 365 days. Nation Wide Parts is not responsible for delivery or freight charges incurred for returned parts. Approved refunds will be in the form of full store credit or be subject to a0 20% restocking fee. Refunds are not available on deposits or special order parts.
Core charges are refundable if returned within 30 days. Only the appropriate core charges will be refunded. Cores must be drained of fluids and complete as sold in order to obtain credit. Core refunds on used parts will not include sales tax in accordance to each individual state's regulations.
